Pride 2026

Last weekend’s Birmingham Pride was a BLAST! Our members had the best time marching in the parade, our EIGHTH time participating, as we wound our way through town from Victoria Square to the Hippodrome.

Approximately 180 organisations took part in this year’s event, with a slightly altered route due to the ongoing pavement work going on down New Street.

Founder Piero Zizzi said: “I want to give a HUGE thank you to all of the Proud Baggies members, Proud Baggies FC players, friends and family who joined us, to the Albion fans cheering from the crowd (and even to the Villa & Wolves fans for their light-hearted banter!)”

Next year promises to be a special one as Birmingham Pride Festival celebrates its 30th year - just in time for Proud Baggies to celebrate our 10th anniversary! 🥳 See you all next year! 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️
