We are WBA FC’s LGBTQ+ supporter Group. We want to bring the football and LGBT+ community together to celebrate diversity and increase LGBTQ+ visibility at West Bromwich Albion FC, making our club a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all.

We obtain information about you when you sign up as a member.

The personal information we collect includes your name, address, email address, date of birth, gender, sexual orientation and whether or not you are a season ticket holder. If you make a donation online or purchase a product from us, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions, as explained below.

We may use your information to:

· Send you communications that may be of interest to you related to our activities;

· Send you invitations to events that may be of interest to you and related to our activities;

· Process a donation that you have made;

· Seek your views or comments on the services we provide;

· Notify you of changes to our services

We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with us.

We will not sell or rent or share your information to third parties.

When you are using our secure online donation pages, your donation is processed by a third party payment processor, who specialises in the secure online capture and processing of credit & debit card transactions.
