PBFC vs Mersey Marauders

Proud Baggies FC undertook an away trip up north to Bootle, Liverpool for our friendly with Mersey Marauders - played at the home of Marine FC!

It was defeat on the day for the Baggies, losing 6-0 to an experienced Marauders side who play regularly in the GFSN National League amongst other competitions, but it was a fantastic day out for those who could take part and valuable match experience to a fledgling side such as ourselves. We promise to come back better and stronger next time we meet!

Our thanks to the Marauders for hosting us on the pitch and socially afterwards, and thank you to the friends and family who made the effort to come and cheer PBFC on. It’s whole heartedly appreciated.
